Cuisine has always been our strong point at Hotel Savoia: our chef offers excellent culinary tradition from the Romagna cuisine using genuine and traditional products. The menu features daily meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. Specialities include dishes such as fried seafood, local mussels alla marinara, strozzapreti with local clams, and home-made desserts.
Diet-conscious guests will also find light dishes on the menu, such as kamut pasta and wholemeal pasta seasoned with vegetables and healthy ingredients.
Wine enthusiasts will always find the perfect bottle from our extensive wine list, featuring local products from wineries in the hinterland of Romagna and the Marche region.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of options, both sweet and savoury: homemade cakes and cookies, homemade bread, jams, croissants of various kinds, yoghurt, muesli and cereals, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses. Drinks include fruit juices, hot tea and hot chocolate, milk, espresso, cappuccino, American coffee and café au lait.
